Tom Chen has more than 15 years of experience in the SMT and SEMI industries, first working for SurplusGloabal, the world's leading semiconductor company, and then serving as CEO of QYSMT for more than 13 years. Now he is committed to solving customers’ pain points for SMT equipment with Morel's solutions.

Eric graduated from the prestigious Sun Yat-sen University with a master's degree. Having been engaged in SMT for more than 11 years, he has a keen vision of the industry market and knows the needs of customers. Customer first is Morel's consistent adherence, and Eric is implementing this concept into the company's culture.
