Automatic Online IR Curing Oven IRM-450 is a powerful IR Curing System engineered for continuous curing in SMT and PCB production lines. As an Online IR Curing Oven, it delivers reliable and adjustable thermal curing with its Chain Conveyor mode, whose width can be varied between 50-450mm to accommodate different PCB widths and transport board sizes.
The IRM-450’s Adjustable Chain Conveyor operates with stainless steel long-pin chain links and reinforced aluminum alloy guide rails able to withstand high temperature without deformation or shaking—ideal for repeatable, high-precision SMT IR Curing. Its Heating System includes two temperature zones, each with 6 IR heating pipes, controlled via PLD temperature controller plus button or touch control, delivering consistent infrared curing across variable production loads while minimizing energy consumption.
