The ASMPT DEK TQ Solder Paste Printer is a high-precision SMT Screen Printer engineered for top quality, speed, and automation. With wet printing accuracy of up to ±17.0 microns @ 2 Cpk, the DEK TQ supports fine-pitch component printing, including 0201 mm.

- Core cycle time: 5 seconds for DEK TQ; 6.5 seconds for DEK TQ L  
- Supports large print area: 400 × 400 mm (single-stage conveyor for DEK TQ), 560 × 510 mm for DEK TQ L  
- Automatic under-stencil cleaning with 22 meters of screen paper + 7 liters of cleaning agent  
- Automatic solder paste management for consistent output  
- Innovative clamping system: belt-off printing, fully pneumatic steel screen clamps  
- Open automation ready: IPC-HERMES-9852, IPC-CFX protocols; closed-loop connectivity with SPI; offline programming via WORKS software
