Automatic SMT PCB Magazine Unloader UL-M-BN is a precision module for automatically unloading and buffering PCBs from magazine racks on SMT lines, eliminating manual board handling. This PCB magazine unloader supports high-mix production by adapting to different magazine sizes and board formats.

Key performance and design features:

Dual pneumatic clamps (top & bottom) hold the magazine rack firmly in place during board extraction.

A specially designed gas circuit ensures no PCB breakage during push-out movement.

Touch-screen or soft-touch LED panel interface allows intuitive operation, and error codes are displayed on screen for fast diagnostics.

The pushing plate uses a rod cylinder with adjustable thrust to prevent over-force damage to boards.

Guide and drive systems use hardened guide rails and precision ball screws for stable vertical shifting of magazines.

At the exit, an anti-jump sensor prevents the board from being pushed too far and protects the end of travel.

The UL-M-BN magazine unloader helps boost automation, protect fragile PCBs, and maintain high throughput without manual intervention.


* The lifting power adopts a gear reduction brake motor.
* Lifting drive adopts 30MM hard shaft guide rail, with precision ball screw drive.
* The conveying track adopts special profiles with an anti-collision stainless steel shaft.

* With easy operation of the touch screen control interface.
* Equipment status indicator: three-color light with buzzer + touch screen alarm code display.
* Optoinductors use OMRON sensors for induction.
* Install an anti-splint inductor at the exit to protect the PCB from being fully pushed up and down.

* The upper and lower pneumatic clamps can ensure the accurate position of the material frame.
* Pushing plate cylinder uses the rod cylinder to push the PCB out of the material frame.
* The thrust of the push plate cylinder can be adjusted according to the need to prevent excessive thrust from damaging the PCB board.
* The shell of the equipment adopts electrostatic powder spraying, the surface is durable and will not drop the paint.
