The Automatic SMT PCB NG OK Unloader is a specialized SMT Unloader designed to automatically sort and unload OK and NG boards from your production line. As a PCB NG OK Unloader, it supports dual magazine bins to collect inspected boards separately—ensuring reliable board sorting.

This Unloader features a mixed-material structure combining aluminum alloy and sheet metal, making the magazine visible while remaining rigid. The control system uses a Panasonic PLC and multi-functional programming for stable operation. High-precision sensors (Omron) detect board presence, and four selectable step pitches (10, 20, 30, 40 mm) allow flexible board spacing settings.

Equipped with a board protection system to prevent damage during transfer, this SMT Unloader interface also supports standard SMEMA communication to synchronize with upstream/downstream equipment. Technical parameters include support for board sizes from 50 × 50 mm up to 330 × 250 mm, a transport height of 900 ± mm, a power supply of 110/220 V single-phase (max 300 VA), an air supply of 4–6 bar up to 10 L/min, and a cycle time per board of approximately 9 seconds.

Multiple model variants—such as NL-M-N, NL-L-N, NL-LL-N, and NL-XL-N—support larger board dimensions and magazine capacities. Whether used in automated AOI lines, inspection stations, or end-of-line board sorters, the Automatic SMT PCB NG OK Unloader ensures safe, accurate NG/OK separation, reduces manual labor, and maintains high throughput in SMT PCB handling systems.
