The Motek Automatic PCB Inverter / Flipper is a high-precision PCB Flipper device designed for efficient board handling in modern SMT lines. As an Automatic PCB Inverter, this PCB Inverter / Flipper improves throughput and safety by enabling fast 180° flipping or straight-through mode, making it ideal for dual-side processes and coating or inkjet coding production.

Built for flexibility, the Automatic Flipper is SMEMA-compatible and supports both manual and electric width adjustment to accommodate various board sizes. The inverter features a soft-touch LED control membrane panel for intuitive operation, an enclosed structure with a turn limiter for safety, and photoelectric sensors/anti-jamming boards to ensure safe flipping and stable handling.

Driven by a strong stepper motor, this PCB Handling Flipper maintains stable flipping even with heavier boards. With a cycle time of approximately 10 seconds per flip, the Automatic PCB Inverter supports continuous operation in SMT lines needing reliable, space-efficient board turnover. Whether used as part of a conveyor flow or standalone, this Automatic PCB Inverter / Flipper is engineered to deliver accuracy, safety, and compatibility in PCB flipping operations.
